Miniyap Consultancy (Company House number 08017554 ) is a family run business that was started in 2012 by a couple of Oxbridge experts with the simple goal of delivering cost-effective IT solutions to SMEs or large businesses who are on tight budget or on tight delivery schedules.

To date we have been successful in consulting for a number of small and large FTSE 100 corporations. Products that we have worked on or helped deliver include:
- The Self-checkout units ubiquitous in Sainsbury's and Tesco supermarkets.
- Commercial banking platform for Lloyds Bank.
- British Gas Home Care platform.

We always keep our overheads low so that we can deliver quality services at low cost. We also follow a couple of simple principles namely:
- Be honest in what we can or cannot deliver.
- Keep applications simple -based on industry standards such as SOLID principle, design patterns, OWASP Top ten etc.
- Use a simple pricing structure.
- Maintain effective communication and collaborations with clients through a project or product lifecycle.
